Hi, I'm Ashley, and my journey has navigated through some of the world's most exhilarating, pulse-racing terrains, from the Outdoor Pursuits realm to enduring years with the New Zealand Defence Force and Fire & Emergency New Zealand.

My experiences alongside some of the bravest leaders have fueled my fervor to delve into the human psyche and unveil the traits that shape remarkable leaders.
